Yes, to maintain the inflation of the jump unit, a blower must be kept running at all times. If unplugged, the inflatables will deflate. Therefore, it is crucial to have an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator available. Please note that longer cords may cause your circuit breaker to trip. We do provide an extension cord that reaches up to 100 feet.
-
Absolutely. It is essential to have a responsible adult supervising the participants in the inflatable at all times. Contrary to popular belief, inflatables are not intended to serve as babysitting devices. Accidents can occur when proper supervision is lacking.
-
In the event of inclement weather, customers must contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a full refund, excluding processing fees (a refund fee of 2.9% charged by credit card companies). For outdoor events, if wind speeds exceed 15 mph, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule. Please note that if you agree to accept delivery and it starts raining or storming after the unit has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued. Ensure that you have adequate space and a flat surface for the unit. Failure to set up due to space limitations or sloped areas will result in cancellation without refunds.
